Having lived in Southeast Texas her whole life, Shay finds the opportunity to serve the community that much more fulfilling. She joined the team at Priest Insurance Agency in 2005 as a newly licensed agent. Her eagerness to learn and excel in the industry made her the perfect addition to the still newly formed agency. What she didn’t realize, however, is that she’d be thrown into the fire and facing Hurricane Rita only one month after she joined the team. Suddenly, she not only had to help the community with the devastating aftermath of the storm, but also learn to file a claim, learn what coverage meant, and how to navigate through a new job with very little experience. Throughout her 16 year journey, Shay has discovered that her favorite part of insurance is being able to inform their clients on what their coverage means and how it works. She also has a passion for life insurance, and she enjoys being able to prepare families for the time where they have needed help the most.

Outside of work, Shay enjoys spending time with her two sons who are active in the community through boy scouts and sports. She loves the excitement of traveling to a new place and staying active through running and triathlons. She also has a sweet tooth and won’t typically turn down a dessert!

Like many others within the agency, Jaime has lived in Southeast Texas her whole life. She has been with Priest Insurance Agency since 2013 and has been learning and growing with the company ever since! Over the past 8 years, Jaime has discovered that her true passion is to educate clients on their coverages and how they can be of use to them. She knows that reading an insurance policy can seem like a foreign language, so she loves the opportunity to sit down with her clients and explain their coverage plan. While she enjoys all types of insurance, she specializes in beach properties, flood insurance in particular, and commercial insurance!

Jaime and her husband have two children, both who are active in the community through sports and other programs. When they aren’t running around from one activity to another, they love to spend time together enjoying the great outdoors! Swimming, hiking, and exploring new places are some of their favorite ways to spend the weekend.

Breanne is proud to have been born and raised in Southeast Texas. She’s lived in Silsbee most of her life, until she decided to venture off and move to Oklahoma in 2016! After graduation and her transition to Oklahoma, she spent two years working with intellectually disabled adults. During that time, she discovered her passion is to serve and help people.

In 2019, Breanne moved back to Silsbee and began her journey in the insurance industry. She has been with Priest Insurance Agency for two years now, and with the help of her wonderful team, she’s grown tremendously both personally and professionally. Part of the growth she has experienced is an increased level of confidence, both outside and inside the office. With this confidence, she is now able to educate and inform insureds rather than just selling a product.
Outside of work, Breanne enjoys going to the track, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family and close friends. She’s excited for the future of her career and to continue learning, growing, and helping people along the way!

When you call the office, Racheal will likely be the first friendly voice you hear on the other end of the phone! She was born and raised in Nacogdoches, Texas and moved to Evadale in March of 2015. Only one month after moving to the area, Racheal began working for Priest Insurance Agency. Her favorite part of working for this agency is their ability to work together as a team and help their clients get the best coverage possible. Along with the desire to provide the best coverage to their clients, Rachael is dedicated to greeting each client with a smile and providing excellent customer service! Her hope and goal is that by the time you walk out of the door, you feel like you are a part of the family.

Rachael had an exciting childhood showing animals in FFA, riding horses in an equestrian drill team, and watching her dad drag race. She still loves classic muscle cars and finds herself at the local drag strip more often than not. She also enjoys weekends down at Crystal Beach with family, taking in all of what the coast has to offer. From relaxing by the water to searching for sea glass and ocean treasures, she believes that doing anything at the beach with her husband is the best way to spend the weekend!
